Physical Products (Prayer Mats & Accessories)

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
• Items returned after the allowed return period

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or video evidence
• We will offer a replacement or refund after verification


Digital Products (No Refund Policy)

All digital products, including but not limited to:

• Digital planners
• Downloadable files
• Online guides or resources

are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.


Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective


Cash on Delivery (UAE Orders)

• Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit
• COD service fees (if any) are non-refundable


Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

• Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal are not eligible for refund
• Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges
